John and Evaughn High are creative jazz artists with a mandate to promote the arts in professional venues for young and mature audiences. We accomplish this with creative content and video and film production.
John High has a Bachelors from the University of Madison, a Bachelor of Arts from the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, and a Maste
John and Evaughn High are creative jazz artists with a mandate to promote the arts in professional venues for young and mature audiences. We accomplish this with creative content and video and film production.
John High has a Bachelors from the University of Madison, a Bachelor of Arts from the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, and a Master’s from VanderCook College, Chicago, Illinois.
John and Evaughn met at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music in 1981. They married in Los Angels, California in 1985. Shortly after marriage they joined the United States Army to serve our country and to pay off student loans. This gave us the discipline that we needed to return to Milwaukee. John taught band in Wauwatosa School District for 25 years. Evaughn raised our children along with a host of other children.
Evaughn studied Business Management at Cardinal Stritch University, and a Master’s Degree from the University of Milwaukee, she studied film for 3 years at the Art Institute. and later earned an Associate Degree in 2018 from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC).
We launched Eve’s Wisdom Productions, LLC in 2019 to further develop a production company to produce music, theater, and film but then COVID-19 happened.
